Complete Consultations

If you reside in Upstate South Carolina, Fresh Start SC, will provide a complete consultation.  During a complete consultion we will walk you through ALL of the required information and details of your bankruptcy filing.  You will have access to a Bankruptcy Attorney to ask ALL of the questions that you may have regarding your bankruptcy.  This process may take several days, depending on your availability.  You will still need a Credit Counseling Certificate (a prerequisite of filing) before you file.
After your complete consultation, if you wish to be represented by another attorney, Fresh Start SC will provide all of your bankruptcy paperwork to the other firm to ease your transition into their intake system.
Complete consultation prices (All of the following is required.):

Step # 1

Request a User Name and Password

If you have email, send an email request to malinda@freshstartsc.com for a log-in to your online interview.  Type “Online Consultation” in the subject line.  Please permit 24 hours to receive your log-in.   When you log-in, please read everything carefully, when you answer the questions please be detailed.  Please call our office for specific instructions, (864) 527-5983, and you can use the “flag” system within the questionnaire to ask questions as you go.

Step # 2

After you receive your user name and password, complete your online interview so that you may receive a complete review of your case by a bankruptcy attorney.   Please fill out the interview completely so that we may provide an accurate assessment of your case.

Step # 3

  • Pay for the processing of the questionairre and for your credit reports.  Please include a 3% pay-pal processing fee.
 

Step # 4

  • Call our office to schedule the “authentication” required to access your credit reports, digitally.
    This helps our office ensure that we provide notice to all of your creditors and correctly list all of your creditors on your bankruptcy.

  • Call our office to schedule a reveiw of your complete bankruptcy filing and to discuss the details of how a bankruptcy can help you achieve a fresh start.
